The Home Office, Police and
security advisors recommend the use of personal
alarms to minimize the threat of assault, rape,
mugging, animal attack or obscene telephone
calls.
OPERATION
The alarm caters for all
personal emergency and distress situations and
operates by simply pressing the black cap to
produce and instantaneous blast of the 128 dB
ear-piercing siren (audible up to 1/4 mile
away) and an ultra violet (UV) and DNA
spray. Operate and point the alarm
towards an attacker to disorientate them, the
spray them with the UV and DNA identifier, and
to attract attention in an injury or attack
situation.
The Walk Easy DNA Alarm
operates at any angle, even upside down.
It has a lock-on facility allowing continuous
operation if dropped to the ground. To
test the alarm press the cap lightly and
quickly for a short blast. To lock the
alarm 'on' just press firmly on the cap.
To ensure that your alarm is
at the peak of efficiency please do the
following:
Check the alarm regularly by
activating for a short period. At the
first sign of a weak sound discard and puchase
a replacement alarm.

IMPORTANT
Each DNA Personal Alarm is
supplied with a postcard printed with the
unique DNA Code of that alarm. Write your
name and address on the card and then return
the card to us for registration on our DNA
alarm databank (Note: there is no registration
fee). In the event of your using your DNA
Personal Alarm against an aggressor, you must
inform the police of the attack and tell them
that the alarm is supplied by WALK EASY LTD.
and contains TRACE TAG DNA. If during
police investigation any ultra violet (UV)
deposits are found on a suspects skin or
clothing, samples can be checked forensically
to identify the unique DNA code that has been
added to the UV in the alarm, and then the
registered user can be found on the WALK EASY
databank to provide positive evidence linking
the suspect to the crime.

alarm is provided by TRACETAG INT., the
originator of DNA tagging and traceability
systems for security and brand protection, who
continue to further enhance the technology to
remain the leading innovator in the field.

WARNING
The effectiveness of the
Walk Easy DNA Personal Alrm is in part due to
its extremely loud and powerful siren, which
produces 138 decibels of sound at source (125
decibels is the normal pain threshold of human
hearing). As a result, prolonged exposure
can cause permanent hearing damage.

UNNCECESSARILY!
In particular take care to
avoid endangering small children and
pets. The manufacturer and its agents
will not accept any responsibility for any
loss, damage or personal injury sustained while
in possession of this product whatever the
cause or reason.
GUARANTEE
The DNA Personal Alarm,
excluding the aerosol propellant expelled when
the alarm is used, is guaranteed against
defects in materials and workmanship in normal
use for a period of one year form the date of
purchase. This guarantee is only valid if
the alarm has not been altered, modified or
repaired by anyone other than the
manufacturer. This guarnatee does not
affect your statuatory rights.
